The Alabama Welcome Center is located on I-59 South in Valley Head, AL. This welcome center is one of the state’s first points of contact with over six million visitors each year, sitting at the Alabama-Georgia state line. As just one of Alabama’s eight welcome centers across the state, this rest area includes many services to visitors:

Baldwin Welcome Center - Seminole
The Baldwin Welcome Center located in Seminole, AL is accessible on the westbound side of Interstate 10 at the Alabama - Florida state line. This welcome center is another one of the state’s first points of contact for travelers coming in through Florida. The Baldwin Welcome Center offers an abundance of information for visitors and even locals traveling through the area. In addition to all of the visitor information, this welcome center also provides:

Cullman County Rest Area – Cullman
The Cullman County Rest Area in Cullman, AL is located off of mile marker 300 on Interstate 65. This rest area is accessible bidirectionally, with eastbound and westbound access. This rest area offers some of the following amenities:

St. Clair County Rest Area – Ashville
The St. Clair County Rest Area located in Ashvillle, AL is accessible to both northbound and southbound travelers of Interstate 59. Northbound travelers can access this rest area at milepost 167 and southbound travelers can access this rest area at milepost 164. This rest area offers:

Macon County Rest Area – Notasulga

The Chilton County Rest Area, located in Maplesville, AL, is available to both eastbound and westbound travelers of US - 82 at milepost 105. This rest area is one of the most popular rest areas along US - 82 in Alabama, and offers travelers many amenities, including:
